Marking the end of his mobile phone productions, Stein’s latest is a warm, acoustic dedication. Recorded at Blind Moose Studios on a Tascam 388 tape recorder, “Kindness” features Clara Huebenthal on organ, Matt Venora on trumpet and keys, and Daniel Carr on percussion.
